Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. To ensure product integrity and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preferences, or incorrect sizing.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
When will my order be shipped?
I try to get your scents to you as fast as possible. If you place your order before 11:00 AM, I can usually get it out the door the same day. Anything after 11:00 AM will be shipped out the next morning so I can make sure it’s packed properly and safely.
Are your candles safe for my pets?
Yes. I use a natural blend of coconut and soy waxes, which are much kinder to our furry friends than traditional paraffin. While it’s always best to burn candles in a well-ventilated room and keep them out of reach of curious paws, you can feel good about the ingredients I use.
Do I really need to trim the wick?
I highly recommend it! Trimming your wick to about 1/8" to 1/4" before every light keeps the flame steady and prevents black soot from forming on your pretty jar.
Since I use wood wicks, a quick trim ensures a stronger flame and a better crackle. Just cut the burnt, charred wood off from the previous burn using a wick trimmer or even your fingertips once the wax is cool.
Note: Don't cut it too short! If the wick is flush with the wax, it may struggle to stay lit or "drown."
Can I reuse the glass jar?
I’d love it if you did. Once there’s about half an inch of wax left, you can clean the jar with warm, soapy water. They make the best little holders for pens, brushes, or even small plants.
